Before you contact us it would be helpful if you have the following information available:
- the program you wish to book into
- the stage or year groups for the excursion/incursion
- topic to be addressed
- approximate student numbers
- teacher phone and contact details
- preferred dates, 2 to 3 options.
Once the booking is confirmed, we will send an email confirmation along with risk assessments and maps.
Please advise of any changes, including student numbers with adequate notice as we may need to employ casual staff.
Our invoice and an evaluation survey link is sent to you after the excursion/incursion.

Wet weather:
In general, our staff are prepared to complete the excursion in inclement conditions except where health and safety would be compromised. School staff should assess the appropriateness of the visit with poor conditions and discuss with our centre staff as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, we will do our best to find an alternative date.
Medical:
Visiting schools need to be aware of any medical or health conditions that may affect students on their visit to any of our sites. Please notify us of any medical, mobility or behavioural issues with any of your students. Please ensure you bring any medical first aid equipment your students require, along with your First Aid Kit.
Name tags:
We would like students to have name tags for work, health and safety (WHS) and for student management.
Lunch:
There are no shops at our venues. Please encourage students to bring their backpacks with their lunch in recyclable or reusable containers. Please ask students to bring water in a refillable water bottle.
Clothing:
Please wear sunhats and closed-in shoes. Have sunscreen and suitable wet weather clothing if required.
